Reminders:
- Segments should extend 1.0-1.2 seconds before a no-voice (silent) section.
- Avoid gaps less than 0.5 seconds. Watch out for flashing due to micro-gaps and mini-gaps!
- In general, please avoid having more than two sentences per segment. However, if the sentences are very short, more than two sentences will be acceptable.
- In addition to voice, important text must also be segmented. This includes signs, cell phone messages, hardsubs, and episode numbers.
- Please segment OSTs and songs with audible and clear lyrics.
- You do not have to insert a team credit ("Subtitles brought to you by The __________ Team at Viki").
- You must be able to segment without using subtitles in real channels, so no subtitles are allowed for testing segment timing.
